BOOKING AND APPOPINTMENT POLICIES:
All bookings require a minimum of 24hrs notice for any cancellation. All cancellations made within this time incur a fee of 50% of your treatment. There may be exemptions made for legitimate and reasonable reasons for late cancellations, but this in completely discretionary.
Repeat late cancellations will incur the full treatment fee and will require full payment of missed appointment and next appointment before rebooking.
All no shows will incur full fee payment for their missed treatment and may be declined future bookings and/or have future bookings cancelled if payment is not received.
Small business relies on you, but late cancellations cost a lot in lost income during the year. Late cancellations are hard to fill. Adequate notice means these appointments can be filled as there is often a waiting list.
Every booking receives a reminder text and email 48hrs before the booking. A quick reply via text is all it takes to let me know you can't make your appointment.
I know last minute things happen - kids stuff, sickness, work, days where you just can't. On these days I will endeavour to be considerate and understanding of these issues and find an appropriate time to rebook your appointment. I simply ask the same consideration. There are no guarantees a late fee will not be incurred.
This small business supports our family, pays school fees, mortgages, bills. No shows or super late cancellations are just becoming so frequent I've had to implement these policies to ensure they become a thing of the past.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICIES:

All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable after purchase and not redeemable for cash. You can use your gift voucher for any treatments regardless of what your voucher indicated.
The gift voucher can only be redeemed by the recipient of the voucher.
Not redeemable on products or purchasing any other gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months but I will endeavour to be flexible within reason for vouchers redeemed after the expiry date.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES:

All linen used is removed and washed after every client.
All bookings will have time before and after to ensure all cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces can be done between each client.

Please ensure you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are early, please wait in your car until 5 minutes before your appointment time so all proper cleaning can be completed.

I ask all clients who are unwell, to please let me know so your appointment can be rescheduled.
Any client who comes to their appointment clearly unwell will have their appointments rescheduled and incur full fees for the time.

Hand sanitiser is provided for your convenience.

If you are covid positive, please do not show up to your appointment, please reschedule.

No other persons will be allowed to attend the clinic during your appointment time, including children as materials that may be hazardous to children are kept on the premises. This also ensures you get to experience and enjoy your treatment fully, without distractions.
Special exemptions will be made for carers.
Face masks will only be required to be worn during Government requirements regarding face masks. However, if you would like to wear one, you are welcome to. I'm happy to wear one if you would like me too.​​
