About The Owner - Jackie

With nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty and massage industry, I am a qualified Remedial Massage and Beauty Therapist dedicated to helping clients improve their overall wellbeing—physically, emotionally, and aesthetically. Since beginning my career in 2007, I have refined my skills through ongoing education, hands-on experience, and collaboration with other industry professionals.

My journey led me to complete my Remedial Massage qualification in response to the growing number of clients seeking relief from pain that was affecting their quality of life. I take a natural and holistic approach to treatment and am deeply passionate about supporting my clients in achieving their individual goals—whether it's through skincare, physical therapy, or beauty treatments.

I am also committed to supporting Australian-made and owned products, a value that guides all my salon and retail product choices. This ensures my clients receive high-quality, ethically sourced care that supports local industry.

About Bianca​

At almost 34 years old (Birthday early November), Bianca lives on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, where she balances family life, business, and her growing passion for health and wellbeing. A proud mum and partner, she brings a nurturing and grounded energy to everything she does.

Alongside her role as Office Manager at HJR Electrical, Bianca has been expanding her career in remedial massage, driven by a genuine desire to help others. She created Bank’s Wellness Studio with a simple mission — to provide a calm, welcoming space where people can unwind, rebalance, and reconnect through tailored massage treatments.

Bianca is dedicated to offering a service that supports both physical recovery and emotional wellbeing, ensuring every treatment is customised to meet each client’s unique needs.

She is also thrilled to be working alongside Jackie and the JMF Beauty & Remedial Massage team, where she continues to learn, grow, and contribute her holistic approach to wellness. Together, they aim to deliver exceptional care and relaxation in a supportive, uplifting environment.
